It's a free program you download off of the internet. Since downloading can be a problem for those with dial up, I thought I'd offer it that way.

Even though it is a free download, I would still suggest that you just offer the link to the download. Most companies like to keep track of how many people are using their software. This usually requires a registration on behalf of the user.
