I have just come across a very rough 1950 76S Roadmaster sedanet in north central Texas. I will be keeping the rear quarters, back-up light housings, and front & rear bumpers for my 76-R restoration. But there are two good sedanet doors, one very nice front fender, the other front fender is rust-free but has some baseball-sized dents, a very nice hood, sedanet trunk lid, good backglass, and a good frame if anyone is interested. Prices will be reasonable because I can't store this stuff for long. Exhaust manifold is cracked in center section, intake looks good, radio chrome grille is nice, no other interior parts worth mentioning, this car is very weathered. this stuff hurts the eyes. At least you are able to save what you could. My absolute favorite Buick body style.

The rear quarters/fenders from this car are also for sale now. Believe it or not, my 1950 76-R takes a DIFFERENT rear fender than does the 76-S. Live and learn!
I felt badly about taking the parts from this car, it being a rare and beautiful body style, but it was so incomplete already (no drive shaft, no seats, no differential, no torque tube, engine and transmission out and in the dirt and so far gone as to be nearly unsalvageable), and I had no way to move it with no wheels nor rear axle. Might have made a different decision, knowing what I know now about the rear fenders. They only fit a 1950 or 1951 76-S or 56-S. Anybody need them?

No spark plug cover, but I've seen lots of those at Buick swap meets. I could bring the fenders to Flint in July, if interested. They have no rust and include the impossible to find stainless steel mouldings, intact and nearly 7' long. Pete Phillips, BCA #7338

Pete, Don't be surprised if the rear fenders fit the convertible. I know that in 47, the only fenders which interchange with the sedanet are the convertibles.
