Is ANTIQUE AUTOMOBILE Magazine great or what? And, it keeps getting better! This wouldn’t be possible without the great work of Editor West Peterson, Executive Director Steve Moskowitz, proof reader, Sis Howard, and others.

The new “Newsletter Achievement Awards Program”, that we call NAAP, was a great success in 2008. It truly did achieve a leveling of the playing field between large and small Regions and Chapters.

The Publications Committee selected 105 Regions and Chapters to receive awards for 2007.

An additional eight participated, but did not win awards, mostly because they did not mail their newsletters for evaluation, or failed to follow mailing instructions.

Awards were as follows:

Award of Merit – 23; Award of Distinction – 44; Award of Excellence – 20. In addition to those there were 18 winners of the Master Editor Award.

I would also like to thank the Publications Committee and Sub-Committee for their efforts. And a special Thank You to all the Region and Chapter Editors who participated in 2007. It is you who are the glue that holds your club together.
