I should know this, but does anyone know what the actual new price of a 1932 16A sedan like mine would have been? It's kind of a "plain Jane."

"1932 Franklin Supercharged Airman. 132" w.b."

5-pass. Sedan: $2,345. factory list price. 5-pass. Oxford Sedan: $2,395.

(Branham Automobile Reference Book, 1934 Edition)

My old 16-A that I drove for everyday transport back in the 1950's was probably the best car of all my Franklins. I'll see if I can find a picture of it, and post it here.

Here is my old Series 16 Sedan. Pictures taken October 1958 at the time that I bought it. Nice clean "Used Car" with original paint and upholstery, and running sweetly. Price: $200.00!

Wow, what a deal grin

Yours is all decked out with muti-tone paint, dual tail lights and a tire cover.

I see that your car is in WI now, and is listed as fully restored. It looked great in 1958.

I wonder, do you or anyone else know what the cost of these options would have been? How about wire wheels vs. Artillery? Which cost more?
