Another option is to use PPG product DAR. I used #43824, Ford Wild Turquoise and it looks great. You can still get it in acrylic enamel which I found easy to use and store. About $18 for 8/oz. Pics are enclosed. Two pics without the flash and two with, pic's with the flash are washed out and don't show the true color.
The last of the special built pedal cars will be going up for sale at the RM Auctions in Scottsdale in January. Built by the renown restorer Fran Roxas, this "Dusey" is truly is another work of art.
