Can anyone here tell me if the Oldsmobile antenna interchanges with Buick or other GM for the 1976 model year ? Mine isn't working so I'd be thankful for any help.

74-76 full size Olds are a direct fit. 71-73 might, as the fender contour is similar. You could always use the 1976 finish nut and underbracket. I'm not sure if the other Divisions used the Local-Distance feature Olds had. You might ask on the Buick Forums to see if theirs do.

In all honesty, for the money NOS power antennas (and used 60s ones) go for, you'd come out as good to have yours rebuilt. Several companies offer the service.

Thanks again Glenn. I think I'll do the search for an NOS 1st and if unable to locate I'll go with a rebuilder.
