There were several Baker companies in the early part of last century. Leno's Baker is a steam car (Denver and Pueblo: 1918-1922; 1925), not built by the same family as the Cleveland-built electrics.

Why not consider donating those bricks to the Crawford Auto Aviation Museum in Cleveland. This was once one of the great automotive museums in the country. They still have a nice representation of Electric Vehicles with the concentration on the Cleveland built vehicles. Just a thought, then all car hobbyists could see them.

SORRY I HAVE NOT CHECKED THIS SITE LATLY. THE BRICKS HAVE BEEN REMOVED. I HAVE RETAINED APPROX. 200 SQUARE FEET ON THREE PALLETS. THEY WILL BE AVAILABLE AS SOON AS THEY THAW OUT. Dave, send a letter to the "letter to the editor" section of The Plain Dealer (Cleveland's main newspaper for those of you who don't know) telling them about how the Crawford Museum was not at all interested in your historical bricks. That museum has been run by idiots for 40 years. The auctions of 1990 & 2000, along with the literature collection debacle of the late 1960's are evidence of this. I wrote into the paper when they sold the original Chitty Chitty Bang Bang race car stating they were fools for selling it & that they have lost all credibility with serious car collectors in the area & my letter got published!
