The more I dig into "Bobo" the more I find he's been eaten away. Just pulled off the drivers door and it seems that the bottom of the A pillar (what else would you call it - lower cowl?) is dangerously close to being completely eaten away. This is structural stuff. So, just wondering if any of you have tackled this problem? And if so, how?

My passenger side top door hinge pin was also eaten away by rust. I've never seen that before.
