When looking for good, high current 6.Volt Relays, for horns, lights, etc., I found these at Newark for only $2.11 each. They have a 40.Amp continious rating.
Part number 21M4888 are the 6.Volt ones with a mounting tab.

Sure beats the price of the Bosch relay I recently bought for $23 ! Thanks as I need to buy one more.

I did a little testing of these relays and found they have very Low contact resistance, are well sealed and are well made. They activate at about 4. volts and deactivate around 3.5 volts.

Those relays are made by Potter & Brumfield--one of the best relays made for over 75 years.

BTW--you can buy 12V Bosch relays cheap from several sources. I happen to like www.partsexpress.com
