I have Purchased this Old Buick , Knowing it is in the 40's but only have a bill of sale for it . The County needs to know the diffent year and make, I need help can any one read the Vin. #'s i have . They are 14578388 please help

I just found your post concerning the Buick. It looks like a 1947 model manufactured in California. VIN #'s that year did not identify series so it could be a Special, Super, or Roadmaster. Specials had separate front and back fenders; Supers and Roadmasters had front fenders that swept all the way back into the rear fenders. This may be too late to do you any good.
