I have a complete set of wood spoke wheels for a franklin. I am not sure what year but they are in excellent condition with brake drums included. I tried ebay with these and registered them with a buy it now price and both times scammers picked up on them taking them off the market

sorry to be so long getting back to you . wheels are 19x5 with pretty good tires and brake drums attached Front wheels have the franklin hub covers

thanks for the help with the wheels, I'm working on a Rolls silver shadow and 65 triumph spitfire. My son has a 65 Datsun Fairlady convertable
