Now how did that slip my mind? The gauge cluster, found in an old storage building that belonged to my late father-in-law, undoubtedly belonged to him. I know for a fact he owned numerous International winch and 5th wheel trucks during his lifetime. In fact he had three house-moving winch trucks when he passed away a few years ago, a 1937, a 1947 and a 1957. Right now I'm looking out the window at an International hood, sides and grill he had taken off of one of his trucks, probably a 1930s model.
You've probably guessed it right. And yes it does indeed look like an International truck cluster. I worked for my father-in-law for several summers and drove several of his Internationals. At least your's is a good enough guess as to where to continue to research.
Thanks.
Ron

Looks like an International Mymolalla, you are the winner! Apparently it fits International trucks from 1938 to 1948. No wonder it looked familair to me. Here's one on eBay..

the 579V number indicates the speedo is for a 1942-49 International truck...... model unknown. GP

The last of the special built pedal cars will be going up for sale at the RM Auctions in Scottsdale in January. Built by the renown restorer Fran Roxas, this "Dusey" is truly is another work of art.
