Hi, there does not seem to be any information i can find on 1966 cowl tag numbers/codes, i can find info for virtually all other years except this after searching the internet for hours. I am trying to verify codes on a 66 442.
On the line after the trim and paint codes is the following:E2XCR
Next line (bottom line) is 4C 5V.
Can anyone please tell me what these codes break down as? I beleive the 5V is for 442 trim, is this correct and is it in the correct place, from what i can find out i thought it should be on the left side of the bottom line, but like i say there really is no information that i can find, do any other owners recognise these codes?
