Is there anyone that rebuilds tilt steering columns? I need a tilt unit for a 67 Skylark gone thru.

It turn very tight and very unsmooth. I also need to paint it. I bought this column a couple of years ago and I would like to install it now. I have the tools to take it apart but I have not done that in a long while. I seem to remember that is is quite complicated.
