A guy in town as got a 69 charger 440 with a 8pk, there's no other muscle car in town besides that one a my 65 wildat 401 but what would i need to have done? to give him a run for his money? when ever you see him doing a burn out. would love to nock him down a peg or two.

Buying a 70 GSX Stage 1 should do the trick - with what you have even though powerful, you don't stand a chance.
