I should know this one, but I'm drawing a blank. It looks like it has a Buick grille, but it doesn't look like a Buick body, and those bumpers and wheel hubs don't look like Buick, either.

It could be a 1929 Mc Laughlin Buick. They used Buick running gear and built their own bodies.

The "plain" style hubcaps indicate that this is an early 1929 Buick
