I have a locking steering wheel for a T model. I know there were differant types of these accesory wheels made. This one has a yale lock.

The large slotted piece of metal that should slide forward to engage the wheel is loose. I have two keys for the lock but .......... they keys wont turn the mechanism that should pivot so as to slide the "bolt" because there is a little solid pin that keeps the circular lock mechanism from turning. It lines up with a notch in the circular mechanism which the keys want to turn, but I see no way to get past it. Any Ideas ?
