On April 22nd California SB 708 was amended to where it is nothing more than a "smoking tail pipe bill". THANKS TO AN OVERWHELMELY LARGE RESPONSE BY THE CAR HOBBY WE HAVE ESCAPED THE TIME BOMB, FOR NOW! Thanks for the post. You're correct... I think this will be an annual effort. I wish they'd spend as much time in an effor to fix the deficit...
