Could not agree more as I used to be a member however due to some issues with me and the chief judge I no longer belong, however I used to help a lot of members out with paint codes, part numbers, locating super rare parts, correct restoration methods, etc. Now there on their own.

I have a 1929 Oakland and emailed the Oakland Owners Club that was mentioned, but got no response. Is it still in existance?

I don't know. From my experience even if an email address is listed chances are it isn't monitored very much. Then there is an outside chance your email went to a junk folder?

Hello Ron
I see from your post here, that you have an extensive knowledge of old Pontiacs. My '34 Pontiac's engine is being rebuilt this summer and I'm attempting to find the correct color combinations for it. Originally, the engine color was a drab, army green, which I can have duplicated, but I also would like to know if other colors were used, ie, is the manifold to be a gloss black? If you have pictures of a '34 engine or other information, I certainly would appreciate your help.
Thanks, Don Kline, Phoenix, AZ. kdonald940@cox.net

Sorry Don 34's aren't my expertise however I would give the AACA library a car as I bet they have all the info you need.
