Its good to see a Dodge forum! Does anyone have a pair of decent rear doors for a late 22 or 23 touring? How about fenders? I Have put a set of 24" Houk wires on my car, may have some extra wheel stuff to sell or trade.
I also have a leather-back coupe body and parts to trade or sale. als -
If you're not aware, the doors/fenders for the high hood DB touring produced from mid 22 to mid 23 are different than for early 22 or the 24s that DB started producing at mid year 23. I don't have the serial number range handy here, but if you're interested I can do some quick research for you. Also, you should advertise your need in the DB Club newsletter and call Gene Sansone in NJ (he advertises in the Club publication).

Thanks Ted for the response. I am aware of the different issues with the late 22 and 23's. My car,is a car my grand-dad bought new. I have most of what I need but I may have to convert a pair of the earlier touring doors to have the outside handles I need to be correct. Also, the bottoms of the doors should be rounded and not squared as in the 1924's. I am learning every day. Would like to find a few after market items to help me have more interest in the car. I have put on the wires, that really helps and have a "RICARDO" head for the engine.
Any help from anyone is appreciated. Alan

Alan,
You might try contacting Layne Watari at
lwatari@aol.com. He has a lot of DB parts and until recently he had a right rear door for an early 20's on eBay.
Les Hoffmann

Hi, As a Dodge Bros. enthusiast, I wish we were a bit more out in the open. Our Model T buddies are a lot better at networking with each other. What can we do as a group? I am hoping to find just a few parts to finish a "PLAIN" old Dodge,1922. If you know of any parts or hobbiests, please drop a note. I have items to trade....
Regards, Alan
