I'm no expert, but I know that OAI stands for "outside air induction", otherwise known as "ramair." On a 72 model, this would entail the classic "dual-nostrils" on the top of the hood, with a special air cleaner designed to force cold outside air into the carb. There is also a vacuum-operated diapragm that opens a flapper to the outside air source under full (and partial?) throttle.
That said, I'm not sure your Cutlass would have this setup.

Eastex, I looked at their website...my guess is that the difference is whether you have a power brake booster or not. OAI cars might not have had power brakes, something to do with the W30 cam not making enough vaccum at idle. NOT sure this is true for 72 though!
When you call to place your order you can ask which is the right one for you...hope they can help answer your question for certain.
