hey, i have an air breather for an olds 3 two barrel setup. this is set up like a regular air breather, not obleng like the mopar ones are. The sticker on the side reads Oldsmobile J-2 Rocket. What year(s) were these available and on what models. Does anyone have any idea what it is worth. Please email me with ANY information at all. my address is chrome_fins@yahoo.com <BR>thanks, brandon

J-2's came in 371 cube versions only I think. I believe that would mean '57 and '58. Maybe '59 too.

Check out this site. <A HREF="http://www.vintagespeed.com" TARGET=_blank>www.vintagespeed.com</A> <BR>This guy buys and sells all sorts of intakes and carbs from the early stuff up through the sixties. He might be interested in your stuff or be able to tell you some more about it. He has intakes for straight engines also.

Does it have one or three holes for the nuts on the lid? One nut will be a 58, three will be a 57. Did not have one for 59. If it has one hole, is it for sale? Matt

The J2 deuce setup did come on 1957 and 1958 olds all models as an option. See my 1958 Olds in the photo forum. I do have the J2 motor.
