RO's wife Nell created this cool mantle display of Packard hood ornaments. He emailed 3 JPGS to me and I could not decide which I liked best, so there they are. First:

Thanks very much Craig. Nell is proud of that display.

These light up pieces are wonderful hood ornaments, but are not Packard. They are based on the Packard cormorant and were sold through JC Whitney and other after market sources. As a real testamony to the Packard Cormorant design, copies are still available at most truck stopsto put on the hoods of the 18 wheelers. Anyway, thanks for sharing. I felt I needed to keep the record straight, and do not make this post to criticize. I have bid on some light up swans on Ebay, but have been unlucky so far.
