I got to thinking the other day about the webpage contest. How are new regions/chapters that go on-line mid year going to be evaluated? Must your website be on-line by say Philly to qualify? Just curious. Thanks in advance

As with the newsletter contest, the judging committee must be able to submit the results of the evaluation to the National Awards Committee when they meet in December. We have not yet made rules to address the issue of when a site was established. Since this is the first year for the contest, our rules are somewhat flexible. Longevity on the net probably will not apply to the basic awards, but will most likely apply when looking at the Master Webmaster awards.
