I use Macs almost exclusively, but am now working on a very important AACA document on a PC w/Windows 98. Question - how do I make a picture/photo of an open window to import it into a Word document? I know how to import, just need to know how to make picture. Ron

Ron,<P>There are several ways you can do a screen capture. I an assuming you want to do this and you do not have a graphics program like Paint Shop Pro. Here is the easiest.<P>When you are ready to do a screen capture in Word, hit the "PrtSC" button - usually on top row above delete key". Place the cursor where you want the picture to show up, then go to the toolbar, under edit, go to paste (or do a Crtl+V). The complete window should now show up. You can then crop out what you do not need using the Word picture toolbar.<P>Hope this help!<P>24T42

OK, that works for printing the screen and then cropping. On the Mac I have the option to "print the screen" or "print the open window". The latter option eliminates the need to crop. Does Windows 98 have that option? If not, we can work with the process you described - thanx, Ron
