This one wouldn't fly in todays politically correct atmosphere. Odd how terms have morphed over the years.... This is a great concept and probably my favorite Amphicar ad. I have the original hand drawn concept for this ad.

simplyconnected is correct. The clips can go on one of two ways and they are 180 degrees different. Sometimes you can push the interior panel in far enough to see the clip so you will be able to tell how it comes off. This is what it looks like

Rebuilt fuel pump installed tonight, thanks to Arthur Gould for having a freshly rebuilt unit sitting on the shelf just waiting for my call. All installed and problem is gone. Thanks all for your comments and help. Glenn

I would say that for our "average" reatta's (not super low miles, or mint condition, etc.) That finding the median value between Nadaguides and kbb is the value of a Reatta. Edmunds is WAY to low, kbb is fairly close, but nada is kinda high

LONG STORY SHORT...I RELANDSCAPED THE HISTORICAL WALTER BAKER HOME CIRCA 1901 CLEVELAND OHIO LAST YEAR. NEW OWNER WANTED THE ORIGINAL RED BRICK DRIVEWAY REMOVED. I HAVE SAVED APROX. 200 SQUARE FEET. ON PALLETS. IF INTERESTED I CAN SEND YOU PICTURES.

Have you tried filling them with hydraulic shock oil? If you can't get that, hydraulic jack oil is a good substitute. Maybe that's all they need. They may well start to work until the oil leaks out. Leaks can be stanched by winding string around the
