I can't state one way or the other, but can shed some light on wires from the 60's

I was able to put 13" (not a typo) 13 " Corvair wires on my 62 skylark. The "basket" was the SAME as 15", the spinner was the SAME as 15".

I seem to remember the 3-bar spinner on a Chevy of those years, and as the center emblems also were totally interchangeable......these look to me like Chevy 3-bar in Buick disguise.

Definately NOT Riviera covers. All big Buicks from the same era had wire wheel covers that were the same as the Rivieras except for the center cap. The ones you picture have a three bar knock off; don't know where it came from. If you're looking for a correct set of 64 covers, I have a full set plus two extras. They are very nice for a driver, but not NOS for a show car. Contact me at eeraner@yahoo.com off list if you're interested. The correct ones for your 64 will have a black center cap with a silver R logo in the center.
