Actually, that appears to be a 1925 or 1926 Nash Touring. The kick gaurds (above the running board) under the doors are typical Nash. During that period, Nash was available with wood spoke wheels, disk wheels, and wire wheels.

The Star's radiator shell was not rounded at the top (tranistion to the sides) whereas the Nash was rounded.
