late 20's mopar

I have 2 chassis that I believe are 28-31 mopars ( could be Plymouth, Dodge, Desoto or Chrysler) This one has a stamping code on the right rear frame rail that reads 371627 and a VIN # on the same rail that reads C 6155 A with a 98 stamped cross ways above it. They are both from 4 door cars, this one had wooden 19" wheels, a side spare ( right side ) and bullet shaped headlites. It has the character lines in the visor, but none on the front fenders. The top hinges of the front doors are piano hinges, not the normal ones, and the tailite is on a perpendicular upright.
