Paint color

I have a 1928 Chevrolet National and almost ready to paint it.

Does anyone know the right paint color I need?

The top and fenders are black but not sure of the body color.

It was all primed gray when I got it.

you may have a couple of choices-look up 1928 chevy paint chart on TCP or ebay

That depends on how much you want to know. I suspect there is a firewall tag that will tell will tell you which of those colors it was originally (and probably a few other things).

Depends on how original you want to go.  Here is a link to some more info that provides a bit more detail and which models came in which color although the color chips themselves are nearly useless.  It it provides the color names and which general parts of the car were painted which colors .
