Is this a Model T

This photo is from my family's past but I don't know who the subjects are.  Almost certainly made in Berks County, PA, probably Kutztown, Virginville, or Windsor Castle.  Can anyone confirm that this is a Model T and, if so, any more info on the car?  I was surprised to see the initials painted on the car door.  That practice must have started earlier in automotive history than I thought.  I can crop and zoom on the car if that helps.  TIA for any replies.

Sure appears to be a Model T Ford, 1913 or 1914 touring. Not enough detail to tell the 2 years apart. By this time, initials painted on the side were often done by the dealer as a courtesy. I suspect that initials were a carryover from buggies.

Thanks!  To my eye the car looks quite new so I'm guessing that the picture was made in 1914 or 1915.  That may help to identify the subjects.

Many such pictures were taken when the car was brand new. This may be one. Could have been taken in 1913 or late 1912 as the new model year started in the fall just as it does today.
