You are right, they do look similar.

Looks like they closed in the area where the pumps were as well as closing in the outside doors to the washrooms, leaving the windows.

Hmmmm?  The widows that were over the restrooms are much closer together in the "updated picture.   There are two large plate glass windows in the original; only one in the updated picture.
