Samuel Castillo
I have a 1929 Ford Roadster Pick Up. It has a hand built frame and the engine is a 350. So naturally the numbers won't match because none exist on car, except motor probably, but it's not original. The cowl is the only original factory part but numbers on it that I can see. How do I get it titled? I live in Michigan. Thanks in advance for your help. Sam
MickyDC
Check with your DMV. When I worked for DMV in WA state you would have to have your car inspected by State Patrol and they would assign numbers, and then I believe you would have to be put on a 3 year registration only. That ment you could register and drive the car but a clear title would not be given out for 3 years. That would also allow you to sell the car but the new owner would not get a clear title until the end of the 3 year mark.
