Jolly_John Posted June 23, 2018 Share Posted June 23, 2018 (edited) This steering wheel is suitable for a core, in case you need one for plastic remolding by one of the professionals serving the hobby. It is the deluxe steering wheel for a 1939 Buick (maroon plastic still showing inside). The stainless steel spokes are good. The hub is reasonably presentable, as is, and most likely can be made to look better with buffing. Of course, this hub would be a good one for replating, if you're doing a 100 point car. NOTE: I believe this steering wheel core could also be used for a 1940 Buick, since the new, remolded plastic rim could be done in cream-colored plastic. IF I'm wrong on this, I'd appreciate knowing, and I'll immediately correct this posting. The price is $145, plus the shipping. Will ship internationally, if needed. Thanks for looking.
