1989 Regal Turn Signals/Hazards and Front headlights don't function

Just installed new turn signal switch and after installed it worked great. When I screw on the hazard switch knob back onto the steering column I toggled the switch to on to make sure hazards were working. After attempting to turn on hazard switch I didn't have any turn signals and hazards anymore. I also noticed that my headlights in the front were out after I turned on the headlight switch. The headlight switch use to make a warning noise when I left my headlights on. The rear tail lights are on and the side marker lights too. Checked the bulbs for the low and high beams and are still good. I also had to replace my alternator and battery because I was dealing with issues with those. Do you think I blown a fuse for the turn signals/hazard? I also read somewhere when you blow a fuse your headlights can malfunction. I am thinking I blown a fuse because I had a weak alternator and battery at the time. Any ideas in this experience would be great.
