harry yarnell
Working on a friends Reatta, I thought I might have to access the CPS. Now I've harvested these rascals in the past, but I've forgotten the best (easiest) way to get these out. I'd like some personal experiences. DAVES89
What CPS are you referring to? Crank Position Sensor Central Power Supply
harry yarnell
Oh yes, I forget that stands for two different things. Central Power Supply. I know WHERE it is, but access is what I want to know. Do I have to remove the seat to get the consol bolster off? Passengers side or drivers?
DAVES89
There is one torx screw in the console that is past the leading edge of the seat. If that has been removed from a past repair then there is no need to remove the seat. Going from memory I remove the driver's side console panel and go in from there. The passenger side has the relay/fuse box in the way. You don't have to remove the top of the console.
NCReatta
What year are you working on? Early ones aren't in the console...
