Are all the engines same as dodge engine in 1930? How many years was the same engine used? I have a complete engine from a 1929 Desoto K series. A number of parts from this car have gone to other Chrysler class vehicles. This came from a 1929 DeSoto. It is a 6 Cyl. Picture follows. It it looks like yours let me know and I will see if it turns over etc. The previous owner kept the plugs in it and said it was running when removed from the car. I Don't know much about 29 engines my grand father told me mine was like 1934 but I was a kid that conversation took place 37 year ago so I might be off .
