Grimy
You'll have a much better chance at the HCCA swap meet in Bakersfield in April--about 12-14 as I recall. All pre-war, no SBCs! This was the first January Turlock I've missed in 20 years, but I only find supplies and tools and enjoy time with friends I haven't seen in awhile. Joe in Canada
Have not been to Turlock for many years and have been told not much old stuff there anymore. But in reality many of the swap meets are having the same issue of little vintage content
Mark Shaw
I quit going to the Turlock Swap many years ago when I moved to the Northwest. Model T and Model A Ford parts account for just about all the prewar parts; & even Chevy parts are hard to find at Turlock. I have been to three Chickasha OK Swap Meets over the years, but travel expenses and scarcity of prewar Buick parts is keeping me home again. The Portland OR Swap is going the same way; & this year it conflicts with the HCCA Grizzly Bear Tour & the Bakersfield Swap Meet. So, I will be skipping Portland, but I try never to miss Bakersfield....

JWLawrence
Is Tom Watling still involved with the Turlock Swap Meet? He acted as a broker for a 1973 Datsun 240Z which I purchased. Nice guy. JWL
