The odometer reads just over 31,000 miles which are believed to be original. During the last couple of years it has been regularly driven and maintained. This bright yellow Bug has proven to be a very reliable and fun car. This VW appears to have been recently repainted once in the original yellow color. The paint shows extremely well with even gloss throughout. The body is super straight and solid. There is no evidence of any rust or repair. The floor pans, spare tire well, chassis shields, door bottoms, etc are all straight and free of damage or repairs. The interior including the seats, door panels, dashboard etc are all very clean and presentable. All of the glass is good and the top raises and lowers easily. The black top material looks to have been recently replaced and is in very good condition. Mechanically, it runs and drives excellent. It starts easily, does not smoke and makes plenty of power. The Auto-Stick transmission shifts smoothly. The brakes and steering are tight and responsive. The lights, horn, wipers, etc all operate properly. The tires have been recently replaced. This VW Beetle would be a great car for a young person who is starting out in the vintage car hobby. It is ready to use and lots of fun to drive. VIN# 154229791.
