32Pontiac6
I am putting the hood on my 1932 Pontiac today and hoping to not have a nightmare adjustment session. If the gaps at the cowl and radiator shell were as they came from the factory what would they be? Seem to me like 1/8" would be something I shoot for but really not sure. Any thoughts or actual information?
keiser31
I would think that 1/8" gap would be sufficient. Just a thought....not actual factory information.
TexRiv_63
Not sure if this will help but I had a 1932 Cadillac, it was a restored not original car. Based on recollections and photos I think 1/8" to 3/16" would be a good range.
32Pontiac6
Thanks for the replies. Beautiful Cadillac. Some real similarities to the Pontiac lines and accessories although the '32 Pontiac. Been working on adjusting the radiator and making some good progress. Getting gaps close to where they should be. Thanks again for taking the time to help me.
