Rick Hoover
Brad,
Your truck should have come with 33 X 4 tires. My suggestion is to call Coker Tire at 1-800-251-6336 and ask for Steve Jackson. Steve will be able to either back up my thoughts or direct you to the proper size.
As for the Firestone Non-Skid tire, you may very well be right. Usually they would had come through with the Goodyear All-Weather Diamond Tread. Either way, it will be a hard search finding a good used pair. You may want to inquire with Steve about the B.F. Goodrich tread design tire which he has available for you.
Rick
