An old fire truck can be a good machine. Sometimes very low mileage and well cared-for, just obsolete or replaced due to regulations. Take off the fire stuff, add a flatbed or a roll-back and you're off to the races.

Old concrete truck, not so much. They generally lead a hard life.

Interesting collection. This guy must have had a Tonka fixation.

That's a great collection, and what a building to store them in.  Looks like some sort of old factory. The storage is usually the biggest problem for truck collectors, looks like this guy had a first class solution.

I used to belong to the Antique Truck Club of America (ATCA) and attended their big show in Allentown PA.  You would be surprised with the type of trucks in some collections.  One of my favorites was a huge logging truck that was big enough to take up most of the highway.  I often wondered how big the garages they needed to store them all would be.  Certainly not a hobby for those with limited garage space.
