Triple Green 67 Black Plate

Recommended Posts

Hey there RoA members,

I plan to list my "triple green," Riviera up on eBay. Thought I would post it here first. Please PM me if you might be interested.

It is a California car still with the original black plate. I love the car, it is just that I have three other Rivieras.

I will post more pictures soon (of underside also). The carburetor was just fully rebuilt and restored by "Sparky." Power windows work, hideaway lights work well. I have the original spare, just took the wheel well to show condition. Looks like it has undercoating on fuel tank and spare tire well, not sure if factory. I have kept it in the garage for the years I have owned and only drive now an again to keep the car healthy. I may take the redline off to put on GS. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Gabriel

The upholstery looks really nice -- is it original?  This car looks like it spent most of its life in a garage.  So, what will it take to drive it home...?

EmTee,

In person the upholstery is excellent. It has been redone. If you look at the picture where the seat is down you can see the original metallic color on the back of the chair in contrast to the new. When they redid it, they decided to match more like the steering wheel and not metallic. I actually really like it, but if someone wanted to put it back to factory original, I am sure they could get a dye to match the original factory.

I have attached a picture I found online of the original metallic green interior.

Price is a negotiation, but I'm not trying to get top dollar.

By the way, the green chromed out floor mats pictured in the front is an official NOS Buick accessory. I have not yet installed them. I have the original box and instructions. They have spikes in the bottom to secure to floor. I also have the other more typical and green floor mats.
