John_S_in_Penna
Editors and AACA officers might appreciate this: I found some old Rummages Boxes that I thought were lost: http://local.aaca.org/rummagebox/index.html I was trying to look up an article from a Rummage Box in 2005. The AACA Library doesn't preserve them; no one in the national office had them; even the original author of the specific article I needed had not kept it. The link on our website goes back only a few years. But a search on Google turned up Rummage Boxes from 1996 to 2005. Interesting, yes. Useful, yes. Maybe even still applicable. In some way, these should be preserved as part of our club history.
R W Burgess
After John called me before Lunch and then conferring back with Earl Beauchamp, I could not believe myself. Much fun ahead going through these!!!! https://www.google.com/webhp?source=search_app#q=rummage+box-earl+beauchamp
John_S_in_Penna
Thanks for the additional searching, Wayne. This picture comes up near the top of Google Images in your search for Rummage Box--Earl Beauchamp. It doesn't look like the Earl I know! Terry Bond
That's the Earl of Beauchamp. He was not a Buick enthusiast. It looks like he has bit his lip trying hard not to smile for the photograph.
