Continental Motor Question

Recommended Posts

Could someone tell me the Model motor Continental Motor supplied to the Reo Company for their 8 cylinder Flying Cloud .

i heard that the Reo Wolverine used a 15E 6 cylinder motor .

The Reo Mate used a 16E 6 cylinder motor .

I found this list of Car Manufacturers that used them but not the Models of cars .

Thanks Bud for the answer to the problem .

Replied under the post in the Reo forum---I don't have anything on the R800 at hand, but will dig around a little and advise...

So what were the models of the engines used ? I see the list of vehicles but what model engine was used..

1930 Standard Auto-Electricians Manual has electrical parts for the 1931 REO Model 8-30 Flying Cloud and the 8-35 Royale.
What year were you looking for specifically ?

Sorry for bringing this up again but I'm just trying to follow along with the findings and how that list applies to your original question. ..
