nickelroadster Posted March 18, 2017 Share Posted March 18, 2017 I have some old upholstery that has hard water lime staining and would like to get some suggestions on how to clean it. Most regular formulations for shampooing have a basic formula that does nothing to lime. I am thinking some kind of formulation that uses vinegar as a cleaning agent. Spinneyhill Posted March 18, 2017 Share Posted March 18, 2017 Not too much vinegar. If it gets on any metal work, it is acid remember. Is there a chelating agent for lime?
