Guest Wdsmith
Hello, I'm trying to find the type of Buick with engine number 2884746, which I suspect MIGHT have been a 1924 Buick Straight 8. It was a vehicle recovered from the Barker gang by the FBI when Fred and Ma Barker were killed by federal agents at a cottage in Ocklawaha, Marion County, Florida, on January 16, 1935. Special Agent In Charge E. L. Connelley may have erroneously stated 1934 instead of 1924. Thanks!
CarNucopia
The straight eight was first built in 1931.
