1920's steering box/column. Buick??

5 posts in this topic

Hi All,

I picked this up at Hershey 2014 as I needed the rotary light switch off the bottom for my Nash, and I can use the wood steering wheel rim.

It was marked Hudson??? but the guy selling was not sure. It is LHD and the steering spider is iron.

Can anyone ID it please?

Regards Viv.

Any make and numbers in the casting? I would expect them to be cast, so raised.

It is not for a Buick.  Buick used a JACOX steering gear assembly.  Jackson - Church - Wilcox was cast into the housing with raised lettering.
