Ducting for air conditioner on 63 Riviera

Am trying to source the air ducting on a 63 Riviera with factory air conditioning. These ducts run from the eyeball vents on the dashboard to the air conditioning system under the dash.

 

Can anyone who has replaced them let me know how long they need to be, as both LH and RH have deteriorated and is difficult to work out what length they were. Have included a couple of photos to help.

I would max extend all your tubes than add 6" to each for your next install dimension.

You could always compress quit a bit what you don't need and leave it installed.

I believe 2 and 3/4" is standard?
