HistoryBuff
I once missed out on a Ghia Cadillac at a used car lot because I said "They didn't body Cadillacs." Now I know they did a few. But now I am writing a Porsche 356 history and came across a Ghia bodied 356 cabriolet at the Paris Auto Salon in '53. But I have five bookson the 356 none of them mentions this. It looks a lot like a Karmann Ghia but that was when Ghia was just proposing the Karmann Ghia to VW and they only had a coupe prototype. So many this was a private order car, but does anyone know what it, especially the SN and it survive?>
